Snorkel has expanded its EMEA sales team with the appointment of Konstantin Kuvaldin to the newly created role of territory manager for Eastern Europe.
Following the promotion of Andrew Fishburn to vice president of strategic accounts EMEA in June, Snorkel is continuing to bolster its European sales footprint with this latest appointment, and the company plans to add a second new territory manager role later this year, with responsibility for France, Benelux and West Africa.
Bringing significant equipment sales experience, Konstantin joined Snorkel on July 1 as territory manager for Eastern Europe. A native of Poland who grew up in Kiev, Ukraine, Kuvaldin received a master’s degree in International Economics and Finance before embarking on a career in sales. He has held regional and senior sales positions with multiple leading construction equipment and automotive manufacturers and distributors, including Zeppelin Ukraine GmbH, Renault Trucks Ukraine, and John Deere Ukraine, and most recently held the position of regional manager CE Poland & Baltics for JCB Poland.
Kuvaldin has had direct experience in the demonstration and presentation of aerial work platforms and has delivered sales revenue both directly and indirectly through the management of dealers. He is fluent in English, Polish, Ukrainian and Russian, and brings an extensive network and understanding of the region to this role.
Based in Poland, Kuvaldin will have responsibility for the Eastern Europe territory. He is tasked with both the development of the independent distributor network in the territory, as well as building Snorkel’s presence and identifying direct sales opportunities.
